Anthony Joshua prepares to battle Jake Paul in an eight round fight which will be streamed in real-time on the streaming platform.
Briton Joshua declared he will "overwhelm entirely" Jake Paul and "overpower" the American as the pair came face-to-face to publicize next month's boxing match.
Ex two time unified boxing king Anthony Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, on paper, a huge disparity - at Miami arena on December 19th.
Fighter's Attitude
"I'm going to break his face and break his body up. I aim to demonstrate I'm superior," Joshua, 35 years old, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.
"I'm going to really want to hurt him. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Interaction
Despite such comments, a relaxed Joshua and social media star Paul - usually recognized for his theatrics - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.
Paul rather targeted ex Joshua rival Francis Ngannou and called him "ridiculous" after Ngannou rejected a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, targeted British opponent Tyson Fury - and refused a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul victory.
"Jake Paul is better than Tyson Fury - he showed up," Joshua stated.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Opponent
Despite saying he intends to damage his opponent, Joshua chose not to talk badly about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he stated.
Jake Paul's History
Paul - who originally gained popularity on the Disney Channel - has mostly fought MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since turning professional.
He lost to British fighter Fury in 2023.
Commercial Attraction
Still, the inexperienced fighter remains one of the sport's greatest commercial attractions, consistently making substantial financial rewards.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28-year-old predicted a KO victory in round four or five and stated he would stop the long-awaited Joshua–Fury fight, which is allegedly under discussion for 2026.
"The next fight will be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul said.
Size Disparity
As both boxers participated in the usual face-off, with their size difference clearly visible, it drove home just how unlikely this whole event is - and how amazing it is that the match is actually happening.
